Vår resa började med en första tillverkningsanläggning, utrustad med en enda 36k CPH SMT-linje och en RoHS-våglödningsmaskin. Ett team på 56 engagerade medarbetare lade grunden för vårt engagemang för kvalitet och excellens.
Vi implementerade SAP för att effektivisera vår verksamhet och säkerställa effektiv hantering.
Vi utökade vår kapacitet med 50k CPH SMT-linjer, två våglödningsmaskiner och en arbetskraft på 350 skickliga anställda.
En ny tillverkningsanläggning, Plant 2, markerade ett betydande steg framåt i vår tillväxtbana.
Vi investerade i banbrytande teknik, uppgraderade till en 540k CPH SMT-linje, sex 3D AOIs och SPI vardera och två 2D AOI för PTH-inspektion. För att säkerställa omfattande tester lade vi till MDA/ICT- och funktionella/HV-testare, tillsammans med krukmaskiner och dedikerade lådmonteringslinjer.
Vårt team växte till 900+ skickliga anställda, med en majoritet utbildad enligt IPC-programmet, vilket garanterar branschledande expertis. Vi implementerade en miljöreglerad Kardex lagringslösning för optimal lagerhantering. Anläggning 3, en tillverkningsanläggning med tre våningar, utökade vår produktionskapacitet ytterligare.
Vi implementerade ett MES-kontrollerat verkstadsgolv för förbättrad spårbarhet och processoptimering.
Uppgraderingen av vårt ERP till SAP 4HANA säkerställde digital transformation och datainsikter i realtid.
Vårt team har vuxit till 900 anställda, vilket kontinuerligt visar vårt engagemang för att attrahera och behålla topptalanger.
I väntan på framtida tillväxt har vi säkrat en ny anläggning, dubbelt så stor som vår nuvarande anläggning, och positionerat oss för ännu större expansion.
