Unsere Reise begann mit einer ersten Produktionsanlage, die mit einer einzigen 36k-CPH-SMT-Linie und einer RoHS-Wellenlötmaschine ausgestattet war. Ein Team von 56 engagierten Mitarbeitern legte den Grundstein für unser Engagement für Qualität und Exzellenz.
Wir haben SAP eingeführt, um unsere Abläufe zu rationalisieren und ein effizientes Management sicherzustellen.
Wir haben unsere Kapazität um 50.000 CPH-SMT-Linien, zwei Wellenlötmaschinen und 350 qualifizierte Mitarbeiter erweitert.
Eine neue Produktionsstätte, Werk 2, war ein bedeutender Schritt vorwärts auf unserem Wachstumskurs.
Wir haben in modernste Technologie investiert und auf eine SMT-Linie mit 540k CPH, jeweils sechs 3D-AOIs und SPIs sowie zwei 2D-AOIs für die PTH-Inspektion aufgerüstet. Um umfassende Tests zu gewährleisten, haben wir neben Vergussmaschinen und speziellen Boxbuild-Montagelinien auch MDA/ICT- und Funktions-/HV-Tester hinzugefügt.
Unser Team wuchs auf über 900 qualifizierte Mitarbeiter an, von denen die meisten im Rahmen des IPC-Programms geschult wurden, was branchenführendes Fachwissen garantiert. Für eine optimale Bestandsverwaltung implementierten wir eine umweltgerechte Lagerlösung von Kardex. Werk 3, eine dreistöckige Produktionsstätte, erweiterte unsere Produktionskapazität weiter.
Wir haben einen MES-gesteuerten Shopfloor implementiert, um die Rückverfolgbarkeit und Prozessoptimierung zu verbessern.
Die Aktualisierung unseres ERP auf SAP 4HANA sorgte für die digitale Transformation und Dateneinblicke in Echtzeit.
Unser Team ist auf 900 Mitarbeiter angewachsen, was kontinuierlich unser Engagement für die Gewinnung und Bindung von Top-Talenten unter Beweis stellt.
In Erwartung des zukünftigen Wachstums haben wir uns einen neuen Standort gesichert, der doppelt so groß ist wie unser derzeitiges Werk, und sind damit für eine noch stärkere Expansion gerüstet.
